Tres Agaves Tequila Distillery Dinner with Carmen Villareal of Pueblo Viejo
On February 18th, the only female owner/operator of a Tequila distillery, Carmen Villareal, will share her story and Pueblo Viejo’s hand-crafted tequilas, some designed for a woman’s palate. Carmen will host the February Tres Agaves Distillery of the Month sit-down dinner, leading a tasting of Tequila Pueblo Viejo’s collection, including the Carmesi and the San Matias Gran Reserva.

Tequila 101 featuring Cabo Wabo Tequila at El Vitral
El Vitral presents an evening of tequila tasting and food pairing the first and third Thursday of each month. On February 18th, guests will be sampling the line-up from Cabo Wabo Tequila (blanco, reposado, and añejo). You will also learn the history, the differences among tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, and the art of food pairing. The price includes a Tequila Seminar, Tequila Flight, three-course dinner, Q&A with the beverage director and even a certificate of completion.
