GALVESTON – A man authorities have charged with threatening the lives of his lawyer and his family and a State District Judge, is being sought on formal charges of Retaliation.
Galveston County Sheriff’s Captain Barry Cook said Vincent Michael Glorioso, 52, of Houston, was involved in a lawsuit in Galveston in which he was unsuccessful. Following the ruling in the suit Glorioso called another attorney and made direct threats to the lawyer who represented him in court and the judge hearing the case.
Glorioso’s last known address is thought to be in the 6300 block of Beverly Hill Street in Houston, although The Police News could find no drivers license issued to him under the name given for him by Captain Cook nor any of the aliases listed on his criminal history in any of the states to which we have access to drivers license records.
We did find that he was previously arrested in South Padre Island, Texas for Burglary of a Residence but did not get prison time.
Glorioso has previously used the name of Vince, Vencent and Vincent Glorloso, using various configurations of his first and last name and gives his date of birth as September 29th in both 1958 and 1959.
His previous arrest record described him as a white male, 5′-8″ tall, 165 lbs, with Hazel eyes and Blond/Strawberry hair.
Persons with any information which may lead to the whereabouts and/or arrest of Glorioso are urged to call the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line 1-866-248-TIPS (8477) or your local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers.
