The homeopathic remedy Engystol reportedly is helpful in relieving symptoms of flu (e.g., fever, body aches, chills) and other respiratory conditions. Individuals who are interested in learning more about this remedy and/or in getting an injection can do so in the Phoenix area in January (see below).
Engystol® is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and supports the body’s natural immune system. The remedy contains two ingredients–swallowwort and sulfur—and is reportedly safe for individuals of all ages. It has no known side effects and can be taken along with other medications.
Study of Engystol
Results of a study of Engystol were reported in Biomedical Therapy. A total of 591 patients who had various respiratory conditions were treated with Engystol alone. Half (49.2%) of the patients reported “very good” results regarding relief of their symptoms, while 40.4 percent said they had “good” results. Nearly all the patients (97%) also reported an excellent-to-good tolerance of the remedy.
According to a recent news release on the Heel USA website (the makers of Engystol), the homeopathic remedy “is safe for the entire family including children and infants.” The remedy should be taken at the first sign of illness. Engystol reportedly works by stimulating the immune system.
