Dough is always made fresh from whole wheat and spring water, which always makes their crust divine. Each slice for the Philosopher’s Pie contains one slice of a portobello mushroom cap, scattered pieces of artichoke hearts, steak, kalamata olives then topped off with provolone, mozzarella and feta. This comforting pizza gets a little ‘zing’ with the kalamata olives, making it savory, but a slight tart taste that might just give you butterflies in your stomach. The textural combination – is superb if in the mood for a very well balanced dish.
