So another week of live music is upon us, and again, there is a ton of great live music to see and hear and a boat load of awesome venues to visit. So what are you gonna do? Are you going to read these words and think to yourself, “Wow, that sounds cool”, but not go out and see what could be in store for you? I implore you! Get out there! Go have fun, see some live bands, make some new friends. The Denver scene is happening and if you don’t jump aboard, your going to miss out on a lot of fun. There are a few venues around town that have found a way to cater to the bands and to the masses. They make the bands comfortable and happy because a happy band usually means a great show. The patrons of these establishments are happy because the bands are happy, and because these venues are creating a more intimate laid back setting. The days of sticky floors, poor lighting, poor sound and inebriated people spilling their drinks down your shirt are fast approaching their end. So pick a show this weekend or weekday and go have fun. You work hard, maybe you deserve some fun.
