WEC 46: Varner vs. Henderson is set to take place tonight, Jan. 10, live from the Arco Arena in Sacramento, California. The main card will be aired live on Versus TV from 6 pm until 8:30 pm (PST). It will be the first time the WEC has put on a two and a half hour live show on Versus.
The main event of the evening will be the long-awaited lightweight title unification match between the WEC lightweight champion Jamie Varner and interim champion Ben Henderson.
Urijah Faber will also be making his hometown return when he faces off against Raphael Assuncao in a featherweight showdown.
For those of you that do not have Versus, because of DirecTV or whatever the reason, I will be doing the play-by-play for the main card as well as updating the preliminary card results.
