Foster: Jada’s workout consist of Martial Art training in Aikido, boxing and weight training. She does combinations of different body parts on different days. For instance, she will work chest and triceps one day, back and biceps another day. Moving to shoulders one day and also working legs twice a week. One leg day will be mostly comprised of heavy squats and the next leg day is for shaping, such as leg extensions, hamstring and calf work. The rotation of days is based on the formula “Lift, Rest, Recover, Lift” for each body part. The boxing and Aikido are practiced during warm up and cool down – we fight to train mental focus.

Foster: She eats a fairly clean balanced diet. Such as, egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast. Other meals include foods such as clean grilled chicken and steamed veggies, lean salmon and a salad and apples and peanut butter as a snack. Her cheat food is pizza, which she will have one day a week.
